The Texas Water Conservation Association’s Fall Conference was held last week at the San Antonio Wyndham Riverwalk Hotel. BHDA Attorneys Susan Maxwell and Emily Rogers were among the conference presenters, which included water-related academics, legislators, and agency representatives.
Susan Maxwell presented her presentation titled E-Discovery Ethics: Rules, Planning and Practice, which focuses on the ethical components of electronic discovery. Emily rogers presented Water Laws Committee: Case Law Update as part of the annual legal updates provided by the Water Laws Committee Chairperson.
