BHDA partner Stefanie P. Albright will present on October 5, 2023, during the Texas City Attorneys Association (TCAA) Fall Conference, which will be held in conjunction with the Texas Municipal League’s 111th Annual Conference and Exhibition in Dallas.
Ms. Albright’s presentation “The Nuts and Bolts of a SOAH-Contested Case Hearing (including Virtual Hearings)” will provide an overview of the elements of a general contested case hearing at the State Office of Administrative Hearings from initiation through discovery, testimony, and the hearing on the merits. She will also discuss details regarding holding the hearing on the merits in a virtual setting versus an in-person setting.
