Philip B. Arnold, a partner at BHDA, recently presented at the 93rd Annual West Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association Conference. The conference featured educational sessions on county government topics and was held April 19-22 in Arlington.
Mr. Arnold’s presentation focused on the Public Information Act and the requirements county officials must follow to comply with the Act.
Mr. Arnold is a member of the Firm’s team of attorneys who assist county governments with a wide range of legal matters including open government, litigation, eminent domain, redistricting and voting rights, and more.
