Josh Katz to Speak at TCAA Summer Conference

BHDA partner Joshua D. Katz will participate in a panel discussion titled “Perspectives on City Authority in the ETJ” at the annual Texas City Attorneys Association (TCAA) Summer Conference on June 12, 2024.

Mr. Katz will be joined by two other panelists, Robyn Claridy-Miga (Planning & Development Services Assistant Director, City of Pflugerville) and Brad Bullock (Attorney, Messer Fort, PLLC). Their discussion will address recent changes in Texas law related to extraterritorial jurisdiction and the impact on municipal planning and development.

BHDA is a sponsor of TCAA’s 2024 Summer Conference, which will take place June 12th-14th in South Padre Island.
