Attorney Bob Heath’s article, Applying the Voting Rights Act in an Ethnically Diverse Nation is included in the 85th volume of the Mississippi Law Journal.
The Mississippi Law Journal is funded and operated almost exclusively by students at the University of Mississippi School of Law. The journal publishes 4-6 sections of a volume per year containing articles by legal scholars and practitioners, as well as pieces by student members.
Bob’s article is part of the Law Review’s Voting Rights Symposium that was held in Oxford, Mississippi, in April 2016, which featured voting rights attorneys and scholars from around the United States.
