Bickerstaff Heath Delgado Acosta LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel J. Olds and Philip B. Arnold have joined the firm’s litigation practice.
Daniel Olds assists public and private entities with various litigation matters involving employment, open government, and higher education, among others.
Prior to joining Bickerstaff, Daniel worked for the Office of the Texas Attorney General and the Texas Department of Public Safety. His previous government experience includes serving as lead counsel in numerous bench trials and drafting and filing briefs on behalf of clients in nearly every Texas appellate court, including the Texas Supreme Court.
Daniel received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2013 and his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010.
Philip Arnold represents private and public entity clients in litigation matters with a principal area of practice in eminent domain litigation and right of way acquisition.
Before entering private practice, Philip worked for eight years in the Transportation Division of the Office of the Texas Attorney General where he litigated hundreds of eminent domain, tort, and State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) cases. He also served as a staff attorney for Bexar County Civil District Court Administration.
Philip received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University in 2007 and his B.A. from Tulane University in 2003.
