Lori assists educational institutions and other public employers in navigating an extensive range of employee relations issues. Prior to joining BHDA, Lori served as in-house legal counsel and later as Director of Employee Relations at Austin Independent School District; Staff Attorney at the Association of Texas Professional Educators; and a staff assistant and legislative correspondent to U.S. Representative Solomon P. Ortiz.
