BHDA is a proud sponsor of the 34th Annual Texas Environmental Superconference scheduled for August 3-5, 2022, in Austin.
Presented by the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section (ENRLS) of the State Bar of Texas and other partners, the conference offers a variety of CLE programming and attracts hundreds of attendees from across the state. This year’s event includes presentations on agency updates, environmental justice, PFAS legislation, air quality/climate change, enforcement, and more, with a separate “Permitting Primer” offered Wednesday evening. The ENRLS website includes more information about the Superconference, including how to register and the full program agenda.
Proceeds from the event help support the ENRLS law student scholarship and internship programs, and the publication of the Texas Environmental Law Journal.
