BHDA Attorneys Denise Cheney and Emily Rogers will present at the TexasBarCLE 17th Annual Changing Face of Water Rights Course on February 25-26, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Hill County Resort and Spa in San Antonio, Texas. Denise will provide an overview of groundwater transactions and moderate a panel discussion regarding those transactions. Emily will provide a case law update.
