BHDA partners C. Robert Heath and David Méndez recently presented on the topic of redistricting at two separate programs held in Austin and College Station.
Mr. Heath spoke on “Texas Cities and Redistricting” at the Nineteenth Annual Riley Fletcher Basic Municipal Law Seminar, a program hosted by TCAA in Austin. To access the full presentation, click here.
Mr. Méndez spoke for the V.G. Young Institute of County Government’s School for County Commissioners Courts in College Station on “County Redistricting Under the 2020 Census.” His presentation can be accessed here.
