Overview

Sara Labashosky focuses her practice on litigation and counseling for both public and private entities. She assists clients in general litigation matters, insurance law, personal injury, contractual disputes, construction and property disputes, and various other tort claims in state and federal court.

Prior to joining Bickerstaff, Sara was an attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, where she represented clients in various civil litigation matters involving construction accidents, property damage, products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and motor vehicle accident claims.

Sara received her B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, where she served as the special projects editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and was a certified legal intern for the Villanova Interdisciplinary Mental and Physical Health Law Clinic.
