Gabriella Malloy practices in the areas of water law and environmental law. She assists public and private entities with matters related to water rights, permitting and compliance, water quality, water and wastewater utilities, water supply, and contract negotiations.
Before joining Bickerstaff, she worked in private practice as a litigation attorney handling civil cases related to motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, and construction disputes. Gabriella’s background also includes roles as a legal analyst and then an attorney at Aperture LLC, where she developed extensive experience in forensic expert reporting and analysis for civil litigation cases.
While attending law school, Gabriella served as a judicial intern for The Honorable John M. Tran, Fairfax Circuit Court in Virginia. She also held internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Georgia and the Government Accountability Project in Washington, D.C.
