Biography

Kathryn's principal area of practice is real estate law, representing commercial and governmental clients in all aspects of the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real property. Most recently, Kathryn was an attorney with the Office of General Counsel for The University of Texas System working with the fifteen institutions in the development of real property matters. Kathryn is admitted to practice in law in Texas and in Georgia.

Representative Experience

Kathryn joined the Austin office in April of 2008. She has wide range of experience in real estate matters, including, but not limited to, the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of commercial and residential real property. Kathryn has conducted a wide range of due diligence and advised a variety of clients, both governmental and commercial, on real estate matters in both Texas and Georgia.
